  AMAZING & BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Gilbert the pharmacist was beyond caring, sincere, professional & kind! When I had a question he was very helpful & so very kind to me. I've been ill, so it's hard sometimes when you feel like an inconvenience by asking anything anywhere you go nowadays, but he treated me like a valued customer & a friend. It made my day so much better thank you Gilbert!!!
  I bought some household & beauty items at the self check out lane the cashier Stephanie was so amazing too! I had a few items that were marked down but we're not scanning right, Stephanie was very prompt & attentive she fixed them right away & made sure every item I had scanned right. She even picked up 4 big packages of paper towels & toilet paper scanned each one & placed in my basket. I'm very happy & thankful for the amazing customer service I received today, Stephanie was beyond kind, friendly, professional & has great customer service skills! Thank you Stephanie keep up the amazing service. This is the best Smith's I've been to hands down. I will continue to shop there for the amazing customer service.

  One of the better Smith's in the area - clean, nice layout and great employees. The parking lot is a bit too small due to the gas station, which can cause problems as this store is very popular. Management: any chance you could add some outdoor lighting to the front of the store? You look like you're closed after dark!

  Smith's is known for their wide selection in many departments and this location lives up to Smith's reputation! From the fresh produce to the meat department, all are well stocked with fresh choices. The one thing that puts this Smith's above all the rest is the employees; they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help us; such a delightful experience shopping at this Smith's! We especially want to recognize an employee named Darlene, who is not only quite helpful, she calls us by name every time we see her! Her sincere caring about customers is outstanding. This is our Go To grocery store. 5 Stars!

  I am a disabled veteran and have been going to this store since I moved to RioRancho 3 yrs ago. The employees have made my shopping experience at Smiths very pleasant. They have great prices. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Good looking meats. MY GROCERY STORE! ! !
