When you call the shop they answer hello like its there personal phone this is a job u should answer, "it's a great day at the bagels and deli how can I help you?" Luckily I go to Einstein bagels a few miles away with better bagels and better service. This dump doesn't deserve a 0 or a one star it deserves a -10/10.September 05, 2016
