The last time I was there before this this same manager forgot a large drink. Today when I asked, within the two week window, for the replacement she said they were out of large cups. Ok cool, give me two mediums, no big deal! Instead this manager is happy losing business, and just kept saying she couldn't couldn't give two cups and come back in two days when they had large cups again. Instead we will never go back and will file a complaint with corporate.December 05, 2016
